The CIMOTEC ROBOCELL 400 MT series was developed for the processing of components in subsequent processing and large quantities. The advanced machine technology divides the processing work required on a component among several robots working in parallel with the cycle time, which are equipped with the aggregates required for the special processing. As a result, breathtakingly short cycle times per component are achieved. With a standardized range of different grinding, polishing and brushing units, component feeds and removals, turntables, component grippers, etc., a highly productive robot cell can be created in a short time, which guarantees the processing of a wide variety of components for many years. Of course, all CIMOTEC systems meet the highest safety standards and are CE, UL or CCC certified.

CIMOTEC ROBOCELL 400 MT

Fully automatic grinding and polishing cell with an 8-fold rotary table and 7 tool-guiding processing robots. The robots can be equipped with a wide variety of tools in order to ensure combined processes such as grinding with subsequent polishing in a subsequent process. The systems are based on the proven ROBOCELL housing with noise and dust protection.

Round table. Depending on the requirements, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8-fold rotary tables can be used in such systems.

  • ROBOCELL 400 MT:

    The worker places the workpieces on the clamping units mounted on the rotary table.

  • ROBOCELL 400 MT:

    Tool-guiding triple robot system for up to 3-stage polishing of metal or plastic workpieces lying on the rotary table.

  • ROBOCELL 400 MT:

    Tool-guided eccentric sanding system with automatic changing of the sanding pads, for adjusting and leveling high-gloss surfaces, e.g. before painting.

  • ROBOCELL 400 MT:

    Tool-guiding triple robot system for up to 3-stage polishing of metal or plastic workpieces lying on the rotary table.
